If you want to become an authentic New Yorker, all you need to do is to get yourself a New York City address. There are plently of home ownership options, but you really need to figure out why you are buying a home in New York City before you decided what kind of option. So how to you get yourself a New York City address? And what kind of New York City address should you have?
The first thing you need to ask yourself is if you really want to live in New York City. There are plenty of New York City addresses that are quite suburbian. You can have roomy home without spending millions of dollars, all you have to do is venture into the boroughs. How about a New York City address in Queens, or Brooklyn? Brooklyn is fast becoming a popular spot for Manhattaner’s to move to. Brooklyn is the kind of place that is old enough to have cultural sites and beautiful brownstone walk ups, but you can afford a three bedroom with a backyard instead of a one bedder that smells sort of like curry.
Not that Manhattan offers less options, it is just that the place is all about location, thus you will not get much for the same amount of money, however you will get three times more when it comes to location and entertainment. After all in the heart of Manhattan all you need to do to amuse yourself is look around.
